Tenant improvements to the Guerin Family Institute for Advanced Science and the Architecture and Design Institute classroom areas, including a fabrication lab, robotics room, ceramics room, architecture room, painting room, and design room. The renovations were made to approximately 7,000 SF of the most visible areas of the 80,000 SF Upper School Campus.
The scope included new non-bearing partition walls, new operable exterior bi-fold glass doors, new skylights, new louvered shade screens, and the replacement of existing and new MEP systems.
This accelerated timeline project was completed in 12 weeks in order to be ready in time for the new school year.
