STAFFING SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT

Assign full-time supervision and any additional on-site support required, from the commencement of work to its completion, to ensure the project is properly completed within the established schedule.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND FIELD SUPERVISION

Participate in weekly job progress and construction meetings with the Project Team, as well as other required meetings before, during, and after construction. Provide comprehensive coordination of all field activities as needed, and hold weekly subcontractor meetings to address and resolve questions or discrepancies.

Manage document control for items such as Owner Meeting Minutes, Submittals, RFIs, Punch Lists, and more, while maintaining and updating schedules and the Project Status Report. Collaborate with the Project Team to evaluate and negotiate potential changes.

Leverage our cloud-based project management software to handle document control efficiently and effectively, ensuring pertinent project information is always at our fingertips. Provide problem-solving, quality management, and procurement strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

“CONSTRUCTABILITY”

Ensure that all specified materials are available when needed, that drawings and details are accurate and buildable, and that all project information is complete and presented in a satisfactory format for sub-trade bidding.

EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS

Pre-purchase materials or equipment as required by lead times or availability, and as directed by the Project Team.

SAFETY COMPLIANCE

Manage safety compliance, with jobsites carefully monitored by OSHA-trained field superintendents and project managers to ensure that safety rules and regulations are followed by employees and subcontractors at all times.

Provide monthly safety reports prepared by an independent safety inspector.

CLOSE-OUT

Prepare closeout schedules and contracts. Coordinate the compilation of as-builts, owner’s manuals, owner FF&E, and warranties, ensuring warranty compliance and the delivery of a digital closeout package. Initiate systems testing and oversee final inspections.
