Located on the 17-acre St. Margaret’s Episcopal School Campus, we built the new 44,877 SF Performing Arts Center which includes a formal event lobby and mezzanine area with a food service area, faculty offices, 11 music practice rooms, and orchestra, choir, concert band, dance rooms that are STC 50 rated, and two audio visual recording rooms. The main theater has 450 seats, 10,000 SF of radius Moabi veneered acoustical wood wall panels, an orchestra pit, main control room for all theater lighting and audio, complete stage rigging, tension grid and catwalk areas. The main theater back-of-house areas include a costume serpentine storage room for over 2,000 costumes, dressing rooms, star dressing room, green room, back stage offices, set and workshop. The separate black box theater has 128 seats and a lighting/audio control room.
