Assisting our repeat client, USC, with projects that ensure student safety and prolong the life of iconic buildings is a source of pride for us. In the case of the USC Birnkrant Residential College, this meant a seismically strengthening/repair and ADA upgrade of the 8-story residence hall that contains 140 dorm rooms. Time was of the essence to complete the project during the summer break, which meant an 87 day schedule that our team managed to complete two days early.
