Centrally located by Los Angeles International Airport, LA’s famous beaches and Culver City attractions, the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Westside is a highly desirable hotel. The entire type II, 12-story with basement, 165,000 SF hotel was renovated to reflect LA’s contemporary lifestyle - including all 260 guest rooms, meeting areas, pre-function areas, lobby, bar, restaurant, kitchen, gym and an EIFS building skin application. The project also included new utility infrastructure and renovation of back-of-house operations. Extensive landscape and hardscape were installed on the 3-acre site, a new outdoor function area created that connects to the hotel, a dazzling new pool built, multiple water features installed, and re-work of the porte cochere and major parking lot improvements were done.
