Located near the coast in Santa Monica, this lifestyle-based production studio project includes a screening room, sound stage, post production editing facility and a large rooftop communal space that takes full advantage of the Southern California climate and coastal views for production fill-in shooting and frequent entertaining. Also incorporated is a ground floor garden that connects to the client’s adjacent building and forms an extension of the communal café and kitchen that serves two meals a day for up to 70 people.
