This project for Vista Heritage Global Academy included the renovation of three existing bays, 2 previously unoccupied and 1 occupied. The renovation included seismic upgrades, the addition of a new gym, cafeteria, and classrooms as well as a new façade. All three bays received new roofing and MEP’s, plus a path for pedestrian travel and parking.
