This project for Arts and Action Middle School, was a two-story, 15,000 SF ground up charter school in East Los Angeles. This project included 14 classrooms, a staff lounge, parking and bicycle racks, an outdoor student dining area and various ancillary facilities along with additional site work including; a server, lunch trellis and play yard.
