West Mac 303

This two building development is approximately 900,000 SF of industrial warehouse/distribution center and planned on a 55 acre site at the SWC of Loop 303 and Sarival Road. The larger building, Building A is a cross dock building and will be approximately 742,579 SF and the smaller rear loaded building, Building B, is approximately 155,306 SF. They are spec industrial and will be designed as cold dark grey shell buildings.



LAX Fuel

This multi-faceted project included the construction of LAX’s new Bulk Storage Facility, which has a 83,000 bbl per day delivery capacity. The modernized facility triggered the consolidation of five independent fuel supply and distribution systems into one contemporary and efficient system and the reconstruction of the fuel receiving storage filtration and delivery complex. Also included with this project were pumping, maintenance and administrative facilities, as well as new containment, fire protection and electric controls.



Murietta Circuits

Located in an Inland Empire industrial area, this 2-story, 45,500 SF concrete tilt-up is home to a circuit board manufacturing facility. In addition to the manufacturing component of the facility, there are corporate offices, a reception lobby, break rooms and restrooms.



Thermal Structures

This 24,000 square foot industrial facility accommodates manufacturing and tooling for insulation and composite products. In addition to the production space, the tilt-up structure contains 4,000 square feet of offices to accommodate the design and engineering aspects of the business.



Eastridge & Jurupa Tilt-ups

To meet the increasing demand for large scale warehouse buildings in the Inland Empire area east of Los Angeles, these concrete tilt-up buildings were built on two separate parcels and include offices and restrooms. A spec development endeavor, the buildings’ construction quality and attractive exterior features made the two warehouses highly marketable.



McCurdy Circuits

Built for two brothers who had recently purchased the family business from their father, only to have the existing facility burn down, this project type V, 46,500 SF concrete tilt-up manufacturing facility with mezzanine enabled the brothers to carry on the family tradition of manufacturing custom circuit boards.



Gate Gourmet

Del Amo performed dock and cooler modifications and upgrades for Gate Gourmet, an airline catering and provisioning service company, in order for them to better serve LAX airlines and their guests.
