Brentwood School Library
This is a 10,000-square-foot library remodel project that includes the addition of 1,000-square-feet of useable floor area inserted into an existing 4 story, type V-sprinklered building and involves the extension of the structural deck as well as highly developed tenant improvements, extensive millwork and fabrication of furniture completed for beneficial occupancy during summer break.
