Beach Cities Health District Youth Fitness Facility
This new 20,000-square-foot steel/masonry, 2-story youth fitness center is designed to challenge children physically, mentally and intellectually with non-stop activities in a safe, structured environment. The project consists of an outdoors playground with rock climbing walls and ropes course, offices, gymnasium, studio, multi-purpose room, classrooms, arts and crafts rooms, and fitness center. Finishes include colored concrete flooring and an architecturally designed ceiling with hanging fabric panels.
