Viewpoint School
This project is a LEED silver compliant new build of a 2-story building with administration offices, classrooms, library and food service areas. Also, the building is to include new fire sprinkler system with UG work, cantilever deck, standing seam roof and large modified mat slab foundations. Associated site work to include concrete walkways, ecolet, amphitheatre seating, site wall, planters and stairs on grade. Sustainable elements consist of paperless drywall, certified wood, recycled materials such as insulation and miscellaneous metals.
