Olive Court
This type V, 58-unit, new condominium homes development project surrounds 3-landscaped-courtyards and consists of 9-buildings ranging from 2-4-stories with 11-different-floor-plans spanning from 800-square-foot to 1,400-square-foot. Olive Court is a partner in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Energy Star program. Energy Star qualified homes meet the EPA’s strict guidelines for energy performance, deliver significant energy and cost savings helping to protect the environment. The project was recently honored in May 2007 for the Compass Blueprint Excellence award in recognition if its mobility, livability, prosperity and sustainability.
