St. Peter Claver
This type II-1 hour, 2-story, 14,345-square-foot church was built to accomodate the growth and expansion of the parish community. St. Peter Claver Church is a mission-style building with a cathedral ceiling accented by open-beamed architecture. A large rotunda is surrounded by 21 windows painted to allow soft hues of blue and pink to filter in. The church includes a granite baptismal font, 2 confessional areas, a bride’s room, a children’s room and a music sanctuary.
