YITZHAK RABIN HILLEL CENTER AT UCLA
This type 1, 3-story, 21,488-square- foot new construction building includes offices, meeting rooms, a kitchen and dining facilities over 9,400-square-foot of subterranean parking garage. The building design concept is rooted in Eastern Mediterranean architecture with its grand entrance arch and off-white coloration of the exterior cement plaster skin. The simple, rectilinear openings present a contemporary interpretation of very traditional forms and provide important views and windows to the surrounding area.
