UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIASEAVER LABORATORIES - 1st, 6th and 7th Floors
This is a laboratory remodel project for the University of Southern California Chemistry Department, which includes a wet lab and a laser lab on the 1st floor as well as 2 wet labs and 4 laser labs on the 6th and 7th floors. The project also includes a new stand alone air handler, boiler and chiller for the laboratories, which is connected to the university main central plant system as backup. The scope also provides that the laser labs be managed at a meticulous 40-50% humidity at an even 72 degrees with (+/-) 0.2 degrees.
