Leveraging our historic renovation and refurbishment expertise, this multi-phase project provided a major upgrade to the 90,000 SF Jonathan Beach Club that was originally built in the 1930’s with numerous additions done since that time. Both the exterior and interior renovations we performed unify the architectural character and integrate modern uses into the Club. Included were an exterior façade renovation, new entry pavilion and grand staircase at the beach level. The main dining room was demolished, new structural framing built, and new high end finishes were utilized in the reimagined dining and wine rooms, as well as in the redesigned lounges and bar areas. The terraced outdoor dining area was remodeled with all new finishes and new beach-level ADA access ramp installed. Other exterior upgrades include architectural concrete with brick accent bands, a decorative wrought iron fire pit and interspersed landscape.
