In addition, phase II of the project includes an entirely new 15,058-square- foot steel frame structure over a new 26,301-square-foot CIP concrete subterranean parking garage which is built along-side the existing building creating a new gymnasium, kitchen and additional classroom space as well as an outdoor play ground above the parking structure.
