BERKELEY HALL SCHOOLArts and Science Building
The project is the demolition of an existing 5,400-square-foot modular classroom building and the construction of a new 7,500- square-foot, 2-story classroom building and a new 13,500-square-foot, 2-story gymnasium, for a total of 21,000-square-foot, on a 60-acre campus. The maximum building height is 29 feet for the classroom building and 36 feet for the gymnasium. The project is in the outer corridor, up-slope and visible from Mulholland Drive.
