Phase I: Projects include: Replacement of parking deck topping slab and waterproofing, building envelope waterproofing repair of the Auerbach Student Center, new copper panel façade and window replacement at the academic wing, new Jerusalem stone tile and remodel of the entry plaza, refurbishment and stone tile added to the main lobby, complete weather-proofing and repaint of the entire building exterior. Major overhaul and refurbishment of the plant mechanical system and miscellaneous repairs to the Gindi Auditorium was also included.
Phase II includes the construction of a new chapel, a complete landscape remodel and a HVAC central plant upgrade.
Phase III includes a 15,000-square-foot library within existing structure space and the installation of a new automatic fire sprinkler and fire/life safety system to the entire facility, as well as, the implementation of all current A.D.A code requirements.
