This project is a tenant improvement/adaptive reuse of an existing 76,642-square-foot warehouse that was converted into two charter schools. The scope includes the demolition of the building to its structure and the build out of classrooms, administration, library and gymnasium for middle and high school use. The site portion consisted of new characterized entries, B-permit work, new utility feeds, wrought iron fencing, new AC paving and concrete stairs and ramps. The scope also included a seismic, FLS and sprinkler upgrade of the entire building.
