A non-profit community art gallery and school comprised of 3 buildings, the PV Art Center received a complete renovation plus tenant improvements. The interior lobby, patio and kitchen were renovated and new 1,600 SF addition, gift shop, stairs, landing, handicap lift, kiln storage areas were added to enhance the Center. A new roof with parapet, exterior lighting and doors to one of the buildings were also added. The revitalized Center offers free art exhibitions, attractive event space, art classes, and standards-based arts programs for local schools.
