UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIACredit Union
This type 1, 4-story, 45,000-square-foot steel structure, Italian-style office building is clad in precast concrete, brick and plaster. The project houses a retail branch, classroom-like financial literacy workshop facility on the ground floor, various USC departments on the second and third floors and the credit union’s administrative offices on the fourth floor. The building’s design reflects that of USC, with brick veneer and accent bands, limestone panels and red clay roof tiles.
