South Bay GalleriaGeneral Cinema Theaters
This project involves the seismic upgrade of an existing 5-story post tension parking structure as well as the construction of a type I, 77,474-square-foot, 16-screen, 3,100-seats, multi-plex cinema theatre with mezzanine. The theatre was built on top of the existing 5-story parking structure (general and concrete construction).
