This type V project is a complete renovation to an existing clubhouse, which adds 18,000-square-foot to the Palos Verdes Golf Club. The project includes kitchens, locker rooms, dining, banquet and wedding facilities that incorporate the historical style of the original 1924 clubhouse. The project was recognized for its outstanding achievements in the field of historical preservation.
