Centrally located by Los Angeles’s famous beaches and attractions in Culver City, the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Westside Hotel reflects the chic and contemporary L.A. lifestyle. This type II, 12-story with basement, 165,000-square-foot hotel project is a complete renovation of the entire hotel including: an EIFS building skin, 260 guest rooms, meeting areas, pre-function areas, lobby, bar, restaurant, kitchen and gym. The project also includes all new utility infrastructure and back of house operations. Extensive landscape and hardscape work on the 3-acre site consists of a new outdoor function area connected to the hotel, a new pool and multiple water features, re-work of the porte cochere as well as major parking lot improvements and landscaping.
