8501 Wilshire Exterior Remodeling
Located on the northwest corner of Wilshire Boulevard and La Cienega Boulevard, the existing structure is an 82,947-square-foot, 3-story office building that includes ground level retail space. The work consists of renovating the main entry storefront and adjacent architectural columns, adding a new glass entry canopy, new hardscape and softscape, waterproofing a portion of the existing garage deck below grade, painting the existing brick veneer, and exterior lighting.
