Westside Jewish Community CenterAquatics Center Expansion & Renovation
This project is the first phase of a master plan that calls for a complete renovation/addition to the community center. The first phase is a remodel of the existing 12,500-square-foot aquatic center, locker room and support office facility as well as the addition of approximately 500-square-feet to the facility. The work will include complete overhaul and replacement of pool systems and infrastructure, building mechanical, plumbing and electrical infrastructure, replacement of building envelope and upgrades to adjacent exterior site work. The existing locker room and spa facility is gutted and new Men’s, Women’s and Family Locker Room facilities are constructed within the existing building envelope. Other future projects include an addition of an administrative wing, pre-school classroom building as well as a remodel of their recreational facilities to.
