The demolition of the existing deck viewing area and locker rooms is replaced by the construction of this new 2-story building, which is built of structural steel with metal stud framing on the lower level and wood framed on the upper level. The first floor houses new locker rooms, restrooms and the second floor includes a restaurant, bar, dining area and outside seating area.
